Accessibility

Last Updated: October 11, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use ChatifyIT, including people who use screen readers, keyboards instead of a mouse, zoom, or other assistive tools. This covers chatifyit.com, creators' ChatifyIT pages, and the AI guide chats.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we've done

  • Text and buttons have enough contrast to read.
  • You can use the site and chats with a keyboard, and you can see where you are.
  • Images, icons and buttons have names that screen readers can read out.
  • Pages work when you zoom in, and on phones.
  • Chats have a voice option (microphone) for typing by speaking.
  • We check pages with automated accessibility tools when we make changes.

Creators' pages

Creators choose their own colors and pictures. We add text descriptions and pick readable text colors automatically, but a creator's design choices can affect how easy their page is to read.

Known gaps

Answers in AI guide chats are written by AI and may not always be perfectly structured for screen readers. We're working on it.

Tell us about a problem

If something on ChatifyIT is hard to use, email hello@chatifyit.com with the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days and work on a fix.
