Affiliate Terms

1. Agreement to these terms

By joining the ChatifyIT Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to these Affiliate Terms. They are a legal agreement between you and Leveraging AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as ChatifyIT ("ChatifyIT," "we," "us").

You must be at least 18 to join. The Program is run with Rewardful, which provides your affiliate dashboard, tracking, and payouts.

2. How it works

You get a personal affiliate link. When someone signs up for a paid ChatifyIT plan through your link, they become your referred customer, and you earn a commission on their payments as described below.

3. Commissions

3.1 Rate

You earn 30% of every payment your referred customers make for their ChatifyIT plan, for as long as they stay subscribed. If your affiliate dashboard shows a different rate for your campaign, that rate applies to you.

3.2 How it's calculated

• Commission is based on the amount the customer actually pays, not including taxes, after any discounts or credits.
• Free trials don't earn commission. Commission starts with the customer's first payment after their trial.
• If the customer changes plans, your commission follows what they pay. Yearly plans earn commission on the yearly payment.
• If the customer cancels, commissions stop.

4. Getting paid

• Waiting period: each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. This allows time for refunds and chargebacks.
• Minimum: payouts are made once your payable balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout.
• Schedule and method: payouts are made monthly through PayPal, or another method shown in your affiliate dashboard. Keep your payout details up to date. We're not responsible for payments delayed or lost because of incorrect details.
• Taxes: you're responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax forms, such as a W-9 or W-8, before paying you.

5. Tracking and credit

• 60 days: when someone clicks your link, it's remembered in their browser for 60 days. If they sign up within those 60 days, they're your referral, even if they don't click your link again.
• First link wins: if someone clicks more than one affiliate's link, the first affiliate whose link they clicked gets the credit.
• Same device: tracking works on the device and browser where they clicked. Signups on a different device, or after cookies are cleared, may not be tracked.
• For good: once someone signs up as your referral, they stay your referral for as long as they're a paying customer.
• Customers who sign up through an affiliate link don't also get ChatifyIT's member referral offer ("Give a month, get a month").
• Our tracking records are final. We're not responsible for lost credit because of incorrect links, blocked cookies, or tracking errors outside our control.

6. What's not allowed

You also may not:

• Use cookie stuffing, fake clicks, stolen cards, multiple accounts, or anything else that tricks the tracking
• Send spam, or use bought or rented email lists
• Bid on "ChatifyIT" or similar terms in paid search ads, or use them in domain names or ad accounts, without our written permission
• Make false or misleading claims about ChatifyIT's features, prices, or results, including earnings claims for your audience
• Offer cash back, rebates, or other payments to people for signing up through your link
• Promote ChatifyIT alongside illegal, hateful, adult, or deceptive content
• Pretend to be ChatifyIT or to speak for us

7. Disclosure (FTC)

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link, as required by the FTC's endorsement guides and similar laws. For example: "This is my affiliate link. I earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you."

8. Using the ChatifyIT name

You may use the ChatifyIT name, logo, and materials we provide only to promote ChatifyIT through the Program. Don't change them, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse your other products or services. This permission ends when you leave the Program.

9. Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we may deduct it from your future commissions.

10. Our relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of ChatifyIT. The Program is not exclusive; you may promote other products, and we may work with other affiliates.

11. Ending your participation

• You or we may end your participation at any time, for any reason, by email.
• If you leave, or we end your participation without cause, you'll keep earning commissions on customers you already referred while they stay subscribed, as long as you keep following these terms.
• If we end your participation because you broke these terms, you lose any unpaid commissions.
• If ChatifyIT is sold or ends the Program, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and pay the commissions earned before the end date.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, including commission rates, with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change to the commission rate applies to customers referred after the change; your rate on customers you already referred stays the same. If you don't agree to a change, you can leave the Program.

13. Limits

We don't guarantee any amount of earnings, or that the Program or ChatifyIT will always be available. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms won't exceed the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before a claim.

14. Privacy and confidentiality

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep any non-public information you learn about ChatifyIT or its customers confidential.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, in Orlando, Florida, or remotely, individually and not as part of a class action. These terms are the entire agreement about the Program; if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
